We bring live printing and customization to private events, brand activations, pop-ups, festivals, and community gatherings. If you’re planning something unique, we’re happy to talk through what’s possible.

Depending on the event, we can offer live screen printing, heat pressing, patches, leather stamping, hat bars, pen bars and other on-site customization methods. Guests can often choose their item, design, or combination and watch it being made.

Needs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We’ll coordinate the details with you ahead of time so everything runs smoothly.

Setup time depends on the activation, but most events require about 60–90 minutes before guests arrive. We handle the equipment and preparation so everything is ready when the event begins.

How Live Activations work
1. Plan the Event
We talk through the event, guest count, products, and designs to create the right setup.
2. Prepare the Materials
We produce the garments or items ahead of time and prepare artwork and equipment for the activation.
3. Print Live
Our team sets up on site, guests select from product and artwork options, watch their product being decorated and walk away with their item on the spot.
4. Wrap Up
We break down the setup and as previously agreed upon, any additional units are left with the event organizer or delivered at a later date.
