Windmill City started out of necessity.

After years of struggling to find a local printer that could meet our standards, we decided to build our own.
In 2014, we converted the back half of our skate shop, Epidemic Skateboard Shop, into a small print studio—focused on soft inks, quality garments, and getting things done right and on time. It didn’t take long for word to spread. Friends, local businesses and collaborators started reaching out to fulfill their custom merch needs and the shop grew from there.
What started as a small setup has grown into a 7,000+ square foot production studio.
We now offer screen printing, embroidery, and custom merchandise, working across a range of industries while staying rooted in the same approach—thoughtful production, fair pricing, and work that holds up.
We still run like a small shop.
